The "Phygital" project focuses on the reopening of the university towards the outside, aiming to strengthen the connection between the university community and the surrounding context. The proposed solution is a flexible space, open to dialogue, designed to mitigate growing disparities. This pop-up space dynamically adapts to different needs, serving as a platform to project student and corporate expertise, host university initiatives and serve as a cultural meeting place for students from all universities. Furthermore, it is proposed as a space open to city activities, facilitating a two-way connection. Phygital distinguishes itself from passive and bureaucratic practices, trying to overcome university boundaries and encourage an active dialogue with the external environment.
